In isometric strength diagnostics, maximum muscle strength is measured without movement — you press against a fixed resistance. At EZZ Bonn, we use the EasyTorque whole-body strength measurement device and EMG for objective initial, training and final diagnostics.

Muscular deficits and side differences are common causes of pain and injuries. With strength diagnostics, we specifically identify weaknesses and can create a customized training or therapy plan.

For athletes for performance analysis and injury prevention, for patients after injuries or operations in the rehabilitation process, and for everyone who wants to objectively assess and improve their physical performance.

You complete standardized tests for various muscle groups on our whole-body strength measurement device. The entire measurement takes approximately 30–45 minutes. We then discuss the results and derive concrete recommendations.

A comprehensive isometric strength diagnostics costs between 100 and 200 Euro at EZZ Bonn. For athletes and rehabilitation patients, we also offer follow-up measurements at reduced rates.
