Do I need a referral from my GP?

No — as a private practice, no referral is required. You can contact us directly. If you have prior findings, MRI or X-ray images, please bring them to the first consultation; this speeds up diagnostics at EZZ Bonn considerably.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Accepted Answer

First consultations are usually available within 1–2 weeks; acute complaints are prioritised. For international patients we arrange compressed diagnostic and treatment plans over a few days on request.

Question 3

Are the costs reimbursable by private health insurance?

Accepted Answer

Most regenerative procedures are covered partially or fully by private health insurance and Beihilfe. Reimbursement depends on your individual policy. We provide a detailed cost estimate that you can clarify with your insurer in advance.

Question 4

Do you also treat statutorily insured patients?

Accepted Answer

As a pure private practice we treat self-payers and privately insured patients. Statutorily insured patients are of course welcome and can receive treatment as self-payers — we issue a private medical invoice in accordance with the German GOÄ fee schedule.

Question 5

Do you speak English or Arabic at EZZ Bonn?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the practice is set up for international patients. Consultations in English are standard, and Arabic-speaking patients have been treated here for many years. The website is fully available in German, English and Arabic.
