2. Enter your details
Provide your contact details and the reason for your visit. Data processing runs directly on Arzt-Direkt and is GDPR-compliant.
3. Get confirmation
You'll receive a booking confirmation by e-mail immediately, plus an automatic reminder the day before your appointment.

- Prior findings (medical reports, surgery reports)
- Existing MRI, X-ray or ultrasound images on CD/USB
- Current medication list
- Your insurance card or cost-coverage details

Notes on your first appointment
- No referral needed — as a private practice you can contact us directly.
- We are a private practice for self-payers and privately insured patients. Reimbursement by private health insurance depends on your individual policy.
- International patients and urgent requests are best coordinated by phone — we then arrange compressed diagnostic and treatment plans.
